Shipping

All original artworks ship from Switzerland to Switzerland and the EU.

Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, sandwiched between two A4 cardboards and sealed in a protective cardboard envelope so it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery times after dispatch: Switzerland: 2 to 5 days EU: 5 to 10 days

Shipping is free for all orders within Switzerland and the EU.

Returns

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at mail@danieldahinden.com with a photo of the damage. I will do my best to find a fair solution.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be needed for any claims.
